It's all about HTML. Don't worry, you'll get used to them soon. By the way, you have to download this cog divider first, extract the folder, open an image hosting website, like tinypic.com or imageshack.us, upload there your chosen divider and COPY the URL (direct link).

Go to your page, copy and paste this code:
<img src="source URL" />
..then replace "source url" with the url you've got from the image hosting site. Hope it helps. ;)
