I've been buying a few of my prints recently in order to check out deviantART's various printing methods and as a sort of quality control, if you like, for those of you who have been wonderful enough to purchase my art. I have this terrible fear of people buying my prints only to realise there's a giant mistake in the picture...
There's no need to worry about the quality of the prints though because they are absolutely glorious
. I really wanted to try and capture the beauty of them for you but my
camera is awful so I added some pretty filters instead. I know this doesn't help illustrate how lovely the quality is but I tried... /fail
The prints on the left-hand side of the picture are all matte finished photo prints in either 8x10 or 8x12. The smaller one is a 4x6 glossy postcard and the larger one on the right is the new Premium Paper Giclée format, which is just the most wonderful print type ever. Honestly, if you like your wall art then I strongly suggest you try out this format. It's printed on smooth, heavyweight paper and the colours are just beautifully bright and true. Seriously, you'll be blown away.
So, yes, well done, deviantART. You've done yourself proud.
Previous examples of dA prints can also be seen in the following deviation. Featuring 8x10 and 8x12 glossy photo prints and a puzzle
(which is one of the most awesome custom art things ever). The mug is from Zazzle.
So if you've got a little spare money why not go ahead and treat yourself to some of the wonderful artwork dA has to offer.Doesn't have to be mine though, obviously XD
